Sheila McDonald 875-2146 #244 Link to my Course Website My Classes Although I was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, I have lived in Vermont for over 30 years.  I have been a Special Educator at Green Mountain for over twenty -five years. As a Special Educator , I am a Case Manager for high school students in grades 9-12 and deliver specialized instruction to students on Individualized Education Plans.
